Lately, I’ve been including a greater variety of foods in my daughters diet. She currently has three meals a day and one or two snacks. I try to choose food items that will easily meet her nutritional needs for the day. Some staples include avocados, apples, mangoes, quinoa, blueberries, bananas, black beans, and tomatoes.
